Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries back into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
